This 7-hour rental includes access to two versatile rooms, tables, and chairs, with professional clean-up services included for a hassle-free experience. Use your 7 hrs to set up, party and clean, we usually suggest 2 hrs to set up, 4 hr party and wine down/ clean for the last hr. Also, inquire about our add on services like decor, photobooths, and more to make setting up and entertaining a breeze.

Security agent as an add on ($200) required for events ending after 11 PM.
There is a $200 cleaning fee attached to all bookings. $100 is refundable when you leave the space clean after exit
ALL events require a security deposit of $500 is required to hold your time/date request. The remaining balance is due 7 days before the event.
For event packages and add ons 50% of the package price is due upon requesting.
